2019 Benefit Report

Forty-one years ago, we set out to help organic farmers get their delicious, fresh produce to markets near and far. Our idea was to create a business that had a positive impact on the health of the communities we serve and the planet we call home. In the years since, that idea has grown into a larger mission that goes well beyond the boundaries of the Northwest. In 2018, OGC transitioned from an S-Corp ESOP to a Perpetual Purpose Trust ownership model and became an Oregon Benefit Corporation. Placing the company into a Perpetual Purpose Trust ensures that we stay focused on our founding mission, share real-time rewards with our stakeholders, and have aligned financing to increase our impact. As a Benefit Company, each year we publish a report to transparently share key metrics related to our triple-bottom-line focus on people, planet, and profits. We invite you to review our latest update.
